Our Fees
We follow the fee schedule recommended by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta (PAA):

Fees are as follows:
15-minute New Client Phone Consultation FREE
Initial Intake Session (in person or virtual) Up to $220 per standard therapy hour (50 minute session)
Individual Counselling Session (in person or virtual) Up to $220 per standard therapy hour (50 minute session)
Play Therapy Session (in person or virtual) Up to $220 per standard therapy hour (50 minute session)
EMDR Session (in person or virtual) Up to $220 per standard therapy hour (50 minute session)
Group Counselling Session (in person or virtual) $65 per session (session lengths vary)
We believe in accessible mental health support & giving back to the community! Sliding Scale fees (reduced cost) are available to individuals who demonstrate need
Direct Billing is available for most insurance companies!
If we are unable to direct bill, we can provide you with an invoice receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (to avoid unexpected surprises, it's a good idea to contact your insurance company to check your coverage limits, prior to beginning therapy services).

The online booking system (Jane) will request all clients to add a credit card on file when an Initial Intake session is booked, regardless of the payment method used (rest assured, the credit card information is securely stored)
Payment is due at the time of each session
